Our Mission
Located in the heart of Deer Park, Texas, A New Dawn Pet Center is a compassionate 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to giving every animal a second chance at life. Our mission is to eliminate—or significantly reduce—the euthanasia of unwanted and companion animals by providing them with safe shelter, loving care, and a renewed opportunity to find their forever homes.
We believe that every pet deserves a future filled with love, and we work tirelessly to match our rescued animals with families who will cherish them. Through community outreach, adoption events, and unwavering advocacy, A New Dawn is lighting the way toward a more humane world—one paw at a time.

Our Facility
Our 50C3, no kill, limited intake facility for small dogs and cats provide a comfortable and safe space for our animals to feel at home. We have spacious rooms instead of kennels, outdoor play areas, and a team of dedicated volunteers to ensure every animal in our care is loved, healthy until a home of their own can be obtained. Please consider joining our team, the animals need your help
